– Stephanie Renae Prellwitz, Rugby, pleaded guilty to a Feb. 17 B misdemeanor charge of driving under a suspended license in Northeast Judicial District Court on Feb. 23. Judge Michael Hurly sentenced Prellwitz to a 30-day sentence at Heart of America Correctional and Treatment Center and ordered Prellwitz to pay a $250 fine. Hurly also ordered Prellwitz to set up a payment plan with the Pierce County Clerk of Court to pay the fine on her release.

– Savannah Dawn Knudson, Rugby, pleaded guilty to an A misdemeanor charge of disobedience of a judicial order. Hurly ordered Knudson to complete a chemical dependency evaluation through a licensed addiction counselor and provide proof of completion by April 24. Hulry also ordered Knudson to pay $325 in total fines and comply with a payment agreement by June 15. Hurly sentenced Knudson to a 30-day term at HACTC with 30 days suspended and 360 days of unsupervised probation with credit for five days served. Hurly ordered Knudson to be electronically monitored until Feb. 18, 2023.
