– Sonya Baker, Rugby, pleaded guilty to a July 10 A misdemeanor charge of false reports to law enforcement or other security officials before Northeast District Judge Michael Hurly July 19. Baker also pleaded guilty to an A misdemeanor charge of driving under suspension. Hurly ordered Baker to serve 360 days at Heart of America Correctional and Treatment Center, with 360 days suspended and credit for six days served. Hurly also ordered Baker to serve 18 months of probation, pay $125 in fees for the false reports conviction and $325 in fees for the driving under suspension conviction.
– Brianna Dale Page, Dilworth, Minn., pleaded guilty July 19 to an A misdemeanor charge of failure to appear as a witness or produce information. Hurly sentenced Page to a 30-day term at HACTC, with credit for seven days served, 30 days suspended and 360 days of probation. Hurly also ordered Page to pay $325 in court fees.
– Garrick Lee Martin, West Fargo, pleaded guilty to a C felony charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Hurly ordered Martin to serve a two-year term with the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, with two years suspended, 18 months of probation and credit for 16 days served. Hurly also ordered Martin to pay $1,100 in court fees and complete a chemical dependency evaluation and any recommended treatment.
