– Josh Littleghost, Fort Totten, pleaded guilty to an infraction charge of possession of less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana on Feb. 27. Northeast Judicial District Court Judge Michael Hurly ordered Littleghost to pay $250 in fees

– Cyrina Joy Lynnae Paul, Towner, pleaded guilty to a C felony charge of child neglect stemming from a March 15 incident involving a child at her day care business. Hurly issued an order deferring the imposition of a sentence on Paul on the condition that she completes 2 1/2 years of supervised probation. Hurly also ordered Paul to pay $525 in court fees.

– Hunter Michael Lane Ripplinger, Harvey, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of violating a burn ban. Hurly issued an order deferring a sentence on Ripplinger on the condition that he violates no criminal laws through Dec. 28, 2021. Hurly also ordered Ripplinger to pay $250 in total court fees.

– Michael Paul Haggerty, Rugby, pleaded guilty to a B misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors June 25. Hurly ordered Haggerty to complete a chemical dependency evaluation, serve a sentence of 25 hours of community service, complete a recommended treatment program not consume, possess or purchase alcohol for one year and submit to regular alcohol testing. Hurly also sentenced Haggerty to one year of unsupervised probation and 30 days’ confinement at Heart of America Correctional and Treatment Center with 30 days suspended. Haggerty was also ordered to pay $775 in total fees.
