Rolla Man Injured in Rolette County Crash

A Rolla man is facing misdemeanor charges after an injury crash two miles north of Rolla late Monday afternoon.

According to a N.D. Highway Patrol press release, Maynard Joseph Lenior, 64, Rolla, was eastbound on 102nd St NE, rural Rolla, when he failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway. The 2002 Kia Sedona Lenior was driving went off the road and struck a power line pole.

The pole was damaged, but did not require immediate replacement.

Lenior was transported to Rolla, and then to Minot for medical treatment.

Lenior has been charged with driving while license/privilege is suspended or revoked and driving under the influence of alcohol, both class B misdemeanors.
