I’m famous for making mistakes lately. Now I made a boo boo on Laurel Toyne’s name! I had her as Laurel Feist! So sorry about that! Anyway, here goes another try.

On Tuesday afternoon Wanda Nielsen, Grace Paul, Irene Hager, Leora Johnson, Vivian Kinney and I were afternoon coffee guests at Doris Sveum’s apartment. On Wednesday evening I called my son, Eric & Joan of Upland, Calif., to wish them a happy 25th anniversary. Donna Lennon came for me and we attended the special tour of the library, and then we visited Doris Tank at her home. Later I accompanied Howard Thompson to “Music in the Park”. Joline Black and a large group entertained a good crowd. On Thursday I enjoyed a phone visit with Margie Beck. On Friday morning my brother, Harold & Phyllis Pantsari, stopped in to visit me en route to home from being at Harvey, and Vern Erickson visited us for a bit. In the afternoon I visited at Vern’s apartment with Eileen Erickson and their niece, Kathleen Miller of Adrian. On Saturday after my noon meal here, I drove to the Dale & Martha Hawk Museum for their 24th annual Antique Farm Show. My daughter, Orlayne Held and all their family of Grand Forks were in attendance, so I enjoyed the time with them. That evening I enjoyed the wonderful musical “I’ll Fly Away” in the Mylo Hall. That evening I was an overnight guest at the home of my sister, Ellen Mae & Larry Slaubaugh. On Sunday morning after breakfast with Ellen Mae & Larry, I attended church service in the Marker Lutheran Church on the museum grounds. Later in the afternoon I went to the Duane & Mary Hawk farm home to help celebrate Duane’s birthday with many friends and family as well as Helen Hawk. A delicious meal was enjoyed, as well as special cake. En route to home I visited Margie Beck briefly and she gave me some delicious buns. On Monday evening I went to the Haaland Home for music by an excellent group. Then I played some cards in the dining room.
