The Pierce County Ministerium is once again sponsoring a Community Thanksgiving Service, which will be held Sunday, Nov. 20 at 7:00 p.m. at Little Flower Catholic Church in Rugby.

A free-will offering will be accepted at the service which will be divided three ways. One-third will go to the Salvation Army of Pierce County; one-third will be given locally to Catholic Charities Counseling Service to support sliding fees for clients who qualify; and the remaining one-third will stay with the Pierce County Ministerium to assist with ministry projects throughout the coming year.

The Pierce County Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans will once again contribute up to $400 to support this offering.

A non-perishable food offering will also be collected for the Pierce County Food Pantry.

A coffee fellowship will take place following the worship service.
