Duchscher graduates from Fairleigh Dickinson

MADISON, N.J. – Reed Duchscher, of Rugby, a student at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Metropolitan Campus, located in Teaneck, N.J., graduated with a masters in sports administration as of May 2014.

FDU’s Metropolitan Campus, located in the dynamic New York/New Jersey corridor in Teaneck, N.J., features a university atmosphere with an international perspective, attracting students from the United States and around the world.


Area students recognized at UND

The following students are dean’s list honorees for the 2014 spring semester at the University of North Dakota. The students are in the top 15 percent of the enrollment in each of UND’s degree-granting colleges and schools. Rugby: Aubrey Hovland and Marina Laughridge; Leeds: Dayna Pierson.

The following students are recipient’s of UND’s President’s Roll of Honor for the spring semester. To qualify a student must have a GPA of 3.8 or higher and have earned a minimum of 30 semester hours.

Rugby: Aubrey Hovland, Thomas Seaver and Hannah Steagall.

Ely registration July 30-31

Ely Elementary School registration for all students in kindergarten through sixth-grade will take place Wednesday, July 30, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on Thursday, July 31, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Registration will be held in the commons area at Rugby High School.

The first day of school for all students is Thursday, August 21.

Each student is required to have a copy of his/her birth certificate and immunization record on file.
