Wanita Olson, Business Manager of the Wolford School Board, has announced that there will be an opening on the Board. This position will be for a three-year term.

Anyone wishing to run for election must file intent with the School District Business Manager sixty (60) days prior to the election. This year the final date for filing will be April 27, 2012 at 4:00 p.m.

Candidates must sign and file with the Business Manager of the School District a public official’s financial disclosure statement.

Anyone who is 18 years of age who has been in the Wolford School District thirty (30) days is entitled to vote in this school election.

The annual school election will be held Tuesday, June 26, 2012.

The polls will be open at 11:00 a.m., Central Daylight Savings Time, and will close at 7:00 p.m., Central Daylight Savings Time.

The election will be held at the school cafeteria, which is located in the Wolford School.
