The elementary division of the county spelling bee was also conducted on Feb. 24. A total of 16 participated, representing Rugby’s Ely Elementary and Little Flower as well as Wolford Elementary. Winners were:?Third Grade-Maria Blessum, Little Fower, daughter of Jim and Kris Blessum; Fourth Grade-Libby Skjelver, Ely, daughter of Jeff and Danielle Skjelver; Fifth Grade-Karin Selland, Ely, daughter of Dr. Brian Selland and Sharon Baker; Sixth Grade-Rebekah Wangler, Little Flower, daughter of Dale and Kris Wangler.
