By Staff | Nov 27, 2012

Well, we had our first snow of the season over the weekend, and many churches’ services were called off on Sunday morning. I heard Wolford had about a foot of snow.

On Tuesday morning Helen Hawk accompanied me to the Erma Peltier funeral mass at Little Flower Catholic Church. Erma was a resident at the Haaland Manor for quite a few years. On Friday I went to the Helen Hawk apartment to help her daughter-in-law, Mary, celebrate her birthday with lunch and special cake along with Mary’s husband, Duane, and several friends as well as Helen’s daughter, Coline Mattson. On Saturday I enjoyed my evening meal with Helen Hawk. There was no church at Wolford on Sunday so I did a lot of visiting.
