Heather Dawn Lashman and Justin Allen Wilson announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. Their parents are Gail Lashman, Rugby, and the late Billy Lashman, Lila (Klein) and Gordon Hawkins, Keokuk, Iowa, and Merlin and Debbie Wilson, Hamilton, Ill.

Heather is a graduate of Towner High School. She graduated from UND in 2002 with a BA in psychology and, in 2004, received her Master’s degree in social work from UND. She currently works at Lake Region Human Service Center, Devils Lake.

Justin is a graduate of Keokuk High School, Keokuk, Iowa. He attended college at Indian Hills Community College, Ottumwa, Iowa. He currently works at Summers Manufacturing, Devils Lake.

A wedding is planned for Saturday, April 9, 2011, at 5:00 p.m. at Bethany Lutheran Church, Rugby.
