Jeccica Lynn Lowman and Justin Fjellanger announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. Parents of the couple are Missy Lowman, Rugby, and Lane and Mellissa Lowman, Sentinal Butte, and Ron and Barb Fjellanger, Rugby.

A wedding is planned for July 31, 2010, at 11 a.m., at New Life Pentecostal Church in Dickinson. A reception will follow at Eagle’s Park in Dickinson.
