Amanda Kassel, Willmar, Minn., and Jordan Geffre, Oakes, N.D., announce their engagement.

Parents are Ron and Colleen Kassel, Willmar, and Tom and Margie Geffre, Oakes. Grandparents are Betty Ramsey, Willmar, Minn., and Bernard and Arlene Benson, Rugby.

Amanda graduated from Atwater Cosmos Grove City High School in 2005, and will graduate from North Dakota State University in May with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science.

Jordan graduated from Oakes High School in 2005, and in 2009 from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. He moved back to the family farm in Oakes.

A June 12 wedding is planned at Redeemer Lutheran Church followed by a reception at the Holiday Inn Conference Center, both in Willmar.
