Gerald and Eva Strand of Barton will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, Sept. 18 with an open house at the Rugby Eagles Club. A social hour will begin at 5:30 p.m. with supper at 6:30 p.m. and a dance to follow.

Their children, Byron, Bruce, and Brad, along with their spouses, will host the event.

Everyone is welcome. The couple request no gifts.
