- The court dismissed a B misdemeanor charge of driving while license/privilege is suspended or revoked against Michael John Thomas (Ross).

- Zachariah Walker, of Halliday, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor simple assault. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim, and pay $750 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days' confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 10 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

- Charles Tessier Gayle, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to obstructing highways, a Class B misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $275 in fees and complete 20 hours of community service.

- Samuel Richard Griffin, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to obstructing highways. He was ordered to pay $275 in fees and complete 20 hours of community service.

- Marcelo Revelero Lara, of Towner, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor adultery. He was ordered to pay $425 in fees. He was sentenced to 360 days' confinement at Bottineau County Jail-first serve 60 days, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

- Jimmy Dean Moore, Jr., of Belcourt, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended. He was ordered to pay $500 in fees.

- Jake Allen Redfox, of Fort Totten, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended. He was ordered to pay $250 in fees.

- Allen Russel James McDermott-Pingree, of Minot, pleaded guilty to one count of C felony sexual assault-the court dismissed a second charge of the same offense. He was ordered to pay $600 in fees, have no contact with the victim, and participate in sex offender treatment. He was sentenced to 3 years' confinement with the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation-first serve two years-with 152 days' credit for time served, and five years supervised probation.
