- Nicholas Martin Anderson, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance-marijuana. He was ordered to pay $835 in fees. He was sentenced to 21 days confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center, with 21 days' credit for time served.

- Clifford Robert Gillis III, of Dunseith, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor driving while license privilege is suspended. He was ordered to pay $350 in fees. He was sentenced to 20 days' confinement at HACTC with 20 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

- Cody Lee Tofteland, of Willow City, pleaded guilty to driving while license privilege is suspended. He was ordered to complete 20 hours of community service, and pay $525 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days' confinement at HACTC with 10 days suspended, and 360 days unsupervised probation.

- Eric Lain Axtman, of Bismarck, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor driving/operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment, and play $750 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days' confinement at HACTC with 10 days suspended. He was put on seven months unsupervised probation.

- Breanna Faith Deaver, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to A misdemeanor unlawful delivery to certain persons. She was ordered to complete 25 hours of community service, and pay $350 in fees. She was placed on six months unsupervised probation.
