– The court dismissed a B misdemeanor charge against Miles Benjamin Kadlec (Devils Lake) of driving while license privilege is suspended.

– Kerri Jean Tessmann, of Towner, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor failure to transfer title. She was ordered to pay $250 in fees.

– Chuck Lyle Vig, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor reckless driving. He was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; complete 25 hours of community service; and pay $775 in fees. He was sentenced to 10 days’ confinement at the Heart of America Correctional & Treatment Center with 10 days suspended; and 360 days unsupervised probation.

– Debbie Denise Knain, of Rugby, pleaded guilty to B misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors. She was ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation and recommended treatment; participate in the 24/7 Sobriety Program; consume no alcohol and patronize no bars during probation; and pay $1,750 in fees. She was sentenced to 30 days’ confinement at HACTC, first serve 10 days. However she would serve two days at HACTC (with allowance for work release) and the remaining eight on electronic home monitoring at her own expense.
