HAMC CEO Patrick Branco said a large number of providers at the hospital have taken voluntary pay cuts.

"I'm very impressed with their commitment," said Branco.

The hospital plans to get its organization to the "right size" for current and future operations, be fiscally conservative and preserve as many jobs as possible while continuing to provide patient care services. The hospital estimates it has preserved 97 percent of its current staff.

HAMC provides medical services to over 13,000 people within a 50-mile radius of Rugby.
