Rhubarb cookbook

in the works

The Friends of the Museum will host the Prairie Village Museum's second annual Rhubarb Festival on June 28 and rhubarb cookbook editor Janet Miller wants to get started on assembling the festival recipe book now.

If you brought something for last year's festival and it was a hit, please share your recipe as soon as possible. If you didn't bring something, but have a great recipe, please share. The more the better. Invite your friends and family members to share their recipes as well.

Email recipes to Janet at or mail to her at 226 4th St. SE, Rugby, N.D., 58368.

Be to include the following information:

Recipe (please carefully proof your work)

Your name as you'd like it to appear in the recipe book

Any fun little anecdote related to the recipe or special tips for success

Most importantly, your contact information, including email and phone number, so Janet can contact you if she has questions.

Last year's cookbook was a great seller during the festival and in the museum gift shop, so give your best stuff and help support the museum.
