Hannah Wayde Stute born

Adam Ewait Stute, 5, announces the birth of his baby sister, Hannah Wayde. She was born Jan. 19, 2012 at St. Alexius Medical Center, Bismarck. She weighed 9 pounds, 13 ounces and measured 22 inches long.

Proud parents are Cayce and Nancy (Waagen) Stute, Mercer, N.D.

Grandparents are Steve and Barb Waagen, Bottineau; Carolyn Sime, Dickinson; Gust and Barb Stute of Mercer. Great-grandparents are Gordon Waagen of Granville and Joan Waagen of Bottineau; Larry and Connie Sime, Dunseith; Charlotte Smith, Reno, Nev.; Clinton and Sharyll Tweeten of Washburn; Ronnald and Carolle Tennacour of Bottineau. Great-great-grandparents are Floyd and Norene McNea of Bottineau.

Hannah was baptized Feb. 5, 2012 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Turtle Lake with Pastor Betty Stedman officiating. Godparents were Christian Nelson and Donovan Stute.

She was baptized in the lace gown worn by her great-great-grandfather Ingvald Ellefson 122 years ago, and by numerous family members throughout the years. The gown was made by her great-great-great grandmother.
