Pierce County Tribune

The Sengers will play at Music in the Park again on Wednesday, August 3.

Both Rick and Jacque Senger have lived in Dickinson, but currently reside in Devils Lake. Their band plays '50s and '60s rock and classic country. They have performed at Music in the Park in 2009 and 2010.

Rick also has a side project that has performed at Music in the Park in the past. He is an Elvis impersonator. Before serving in the military, he played in a band called "The Starfires". While in Dickinson he was in another band called the "Badlanders."

Rounding it out

Jerry Schlag's performance on August 10 will be the last performance of this season of Music in the Park. Schlag, who is from the Minot area, will play old-time music.

All Music in the Park performances start at 7 p.m. and take place under the Ellery Park gazebo. The event is hosted by the Rugby Lions Club, and free ice cream is provided.
