The importance of sleep cannot be overstated....

Sleep comes easy with plenty of physical exercise. The importance of physical exertion and all the rewards such as a strong heart and lungs cannot be gained any other way. I can see why there is depression if all they do is sit down and never get the blood flowing through their brains.
