| | What's Happening?November 10, 2011 - Terri Kelly BartaWe have had a beautiful fall season here in God's Country. Our first snowfall was on Nov. 6 but it was just a sprinkling. Most days it is too warm to snow. It did cause us to spring in to action and get the snow tires on the car and the winter survival gear and shovel in the trunk. But we certainly can't complain about the weather...yet. Most of the snowbirds have left for warmer climates but as sure as the sun rises in the east, they will be back in the spring because this is home. Rugby has a newly hired Chamber of Commerce/Tourism Director Shelley (Sattler) Block who is already hard at work promoting her hometown. Rugby has welcomed her with open arms and she has said she is so happy to be back. Article CommentsNo comments posted for this article. Post a Comment | in: News, Blogs & Events Web |
