Harvest drags on — Many fields of corn, sunflowers remain unharvested
A drive around the countryside reveals there is still plenty of field work remaining for farmers, thanks to the steady precipitation this fall and the early snowstorm two weeks ago. 


This sunflower field west of Rugby is one of many waiting to be harvested. Wet weather this fall and a recent heavy snowstorm have kept farmers from getting into the fields.

Dialysis at HAMC is still a possibility

Plans to provide kidney dialysis at Rugby’s Heart of America Medical Center (HAMC) through a partnership with Trinity Health of Minot are ongoing, and the GSHA board will receive a cost analysis within the next few months of offering dialysis, according to Jerry Jurena, HAMC CEO.
